In an interview with Billboard, members of GRETA VAN FLEET said they absolutely plan to release new music in 2019, adding that they’ll be parting ways if they don’t present any new music by the end of the next year.

Bassist Sam Kiszka said about the band’s plans:

“A lot more writing, getting some stuff recorded and start working on the next thing.”

When asked if they will release new music, drummer Danny Wagner replied:

“Oh yeah, absolutely. I’ll quit if we don’t.”

While frontman Josh Kiszka added:

“We’ll all quit; we’re parting ways if we don’t release new music.”
