According to TMZ, the official death certificate of MOTÖRHEAD frontman Ian “Lemmy” Kilmister reveals that his cause of death was prostate cancer along with cardiac arrhythmia and congestive heart failure. You can see the official death certificate in PDF file at this location.
Lemmy died on December 28, just two days after he found out that he was afflicted with an aggressive form of cancer.
