According to E! News, Ozzy Osbourne‘s daughter Kelly has been sued by his former mistress for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and public disclosure of public facts.
The lawsuit comes after Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy announced their trial separation as a result of alleged infidelity between Ozzy and Michelle. When the news first spread, Kelly took to Twitter to slam Michelle. “Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-light and blow out and a b—–b call …,” Kelly wrote before listing a phone number that has since been disconnected.
One Twitter user told Kelly to “hate your father not the woman. HE did this 2 ur family …again,” to which Kelly responded, “Are you in my family? NO YOU ARE NOT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE DID! So keep ur high-mighty opinions to yourself!”
After another user told Kelly that “it takes 2 to tango — both guilty. She knew he was married,” Kelly fired back, “My father is almost 70 ever heard of elder abuse?”
In court documents obtained by E! News, Michelle claims Kelly “intentionally and maliciously harmed her by publishing private facts and defamatory statements, in addition to inciting a rash of mass cyber-bullying against [Michelle] utilizing the highly popular social media platform, Twitter, wherein Kelly had approximately 4.07 million followers.”
As a result of Kelly‘s violation of Twitter rules, her account was locked, according to the documents. Kelly deleted the phone number tweet about a month later, but the “damage” was “already done.”
Sharon Osbourne commented on Kelly‘s tweet during a conversation on her show “The Talk”, saying, “Kelly has the best sense of humor ever. She loves her mom and loves her dad so much and listen, I’m always proud of my girl. What are you going to do? Be angry with her because she loves her mom and dad and she wants us to be together?”
