Earlier this year, Rogga Johansson (the band) revealed an exclusive song from their upcoming album titled ‘Entrance To The Otherwhere‘ via the label sampler. You can listen to it below. Slated for release in early 2019 via Transcending Obscurity, here is the album cover that’s painted by acclaimed Polish artist Mariusz Lewandowski.
Rogga Johansson (also in Paganizer, Revolting, Down Among The Dead Men, Echelon) had this to say about it:
“When Kunal at Transcending Obscurity showed me the art piece I just knew it was the right one. I’ve never used something so epic to visualize my music before. It’s a real dream piece.
“As for the album’s music, I’ve delved further into contrasting epic, soaring melodies with the trademark Swedish death metal heaviness. And the story based on local folklore continues lyrically. It’s a journey deep into the otherwhere. And I’m very happy with how it all has come together.”
The logo has been newly created by Christophe Szpajdel, popularly known as the ‘Lord of the Logos’.
