During their show at the Rock on the Range festival in Columbus, OH, on May 20, TOOL dedicated entire performance to late Chris Cornell who passed away last year on May 18.
According to Alternative Nation reporter Lauryn Schaffner, Maynard James Keenan told the crowd: “We’d like to dedicate our entire set to the friends and family of Chris Cornell.”
Keenan also once again hinted at fans running out of patience for TOOL‘s massively-anticipated new album, saying: “We fear the end of your patience… Things are progressing. Slow as f**k, but progressing.”
