TORTURE SQUAD Release Documentary From Wacken Open Air 2011

In 2007 TORTURE SQUAD won a contest held in Brazil that would take a band to perform at Wacken Open Air. Besides winning the brazilian selective, the band also won the 2007 Metal Battle, and with that they guaranteed a spot to perform again on the legendary festival in 2008.

The two consecutive performances granted the band a contract with “Wacken Records”, that saw the releases of “Hellbound” (2008) and “Aequilibrium” (2011). Furthermore, TORTURE SQUAD returned for a third participation in 2011 on the world’s biggest metal fest, Wacken Open Air.

On October 4th, 2019, Torture Squad will be performing for the first time at Rock In Rio, Brazil’s largest music festival. The band is one of the confirmed attractions for the Sunset Stage, that will also receive names such as Slayer, Anthrax, Claustrofobia, Nervosa, and Chuck Billy (Testament). On the same day, Iron Maiden, Megadeth and Sepultura will be performing at Mundo Stage, granting an unique and special evening for fans of Heavy Metal.
