Steven Tyler, the legendary frontman of AEROSMITH, is being accused of sexually assaulting a minor according to Rolling Stone. The allegations have come from his former girlfriend Julia Holcomb who has recently filed a lawsuit against him.

The lawsuit claims that Tyler mistreated Holcomb when she was a mere 16 years old, and goes further to affirm that he coerced her into having an abortion when she became pregnant.

In 1973, Holcomb alleged that when she started dating Tyler, who was 25 and she only 16 years old; the singer persuaded her mother to grant him guardianship rights.

Tyler’s name remains absent from the lawsuit, however it uses references of his memoir in which he claimed: “[Holcomb‘s parents] signed a paper over for me to have custody, so I wouldn’t get arrested if I took her out of state. I took her on tour with me.”

According to the complaint, when Holcomb and Tyler encountered one another at an Aerosmith concert in 1973, the rock star subsequently engaged in a series of criminal sexual acts against her at a hotel.

The suit alleges that, rather than supplying the young woman with necessary medical care, the singer failed to fulfill on their promises and instead kept traveling with her while simultaneously assaulting her and administering alcohol and drugs.
