Canadian guitarist and social media sensation Cole Rolland has joined forces with fellow Canadian and former ARCH ENEMY vocalist Alissa White-Gluz for a brand-new track titled “Breathing.”
The duo premiered the song’s music video earlier today (January 30th), sharing teasers on social media to invite fans to “watch it together.” In the video, White-Gluz, Rolland, and his band perform inside a lavish yet eerie mansion, with a storm raging outside.
This collaboration comes shortly after White-Gluz’s departure from Arch Enemy, which was officially announced on November 23, 2025. The band posted on social media: “ARCH ENEMY have parted ways with singer Alissa White-Gluz. We’re thankful for the time and music we’ve shared and wish her all the best. Wherever there is an ending, there is also a beginning. See you in 2026.”
White-Gluz also shared a personal message with fans via Facebook: “After 12 years in ARCH ENEMY, we have parted ways. I am forever thankful to the thousands of amazing fans I have met along the way. Thank you, Beastlings! I can’t wait to share what I have been working on with you all (with some big surprises in store). Stay tuned for big news in 2026 and see you very soon.”
