Thrash metal legends ANTHRAX paid a powerful tribute to BLACK SABBATH during the historic “Back To The Beginning” farewell concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, UK, on July 5. As part of a star-studded lineup celebrating the pioneers of heavy metal, ANTHRAX delivered a blistering rendition of SABBATH’s classic track “Into The Void.”

The show is hosted by Jason Momoa and curated by RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE guitarist Tom Morello, who assembled a genre-spanning lineup. In addition to the main acts, the event featured special appearances and supergroup performances with rock and metal luminaries including David Draiman (DISTURBED), Billy Corgan (SMASHING PUMPKINS), Jonathan Davis (KORN), Fred Durst (LIMP BIZKIT), Papa V Perpetua (GHOST), Sammy Hagar, and former Ozzy collaborators Jake E. Lee, Rudy Sarzo, and Mike Bordin.
