BABYMETAL have officially announced a major 2026 North American tour, celebrating Fox Day with the news that they will be hitting the road across the United States and Canada alongside special guests HALESTORM and VIOLENT VIRA.
The run will see the Japanese pop-metal powerhouse bringing their explosive live show to some of the biggest venues in North America, with tickets for all U.S. and Canadian dates rolling out soon. An artist presale begins Monday, April 6 at 10 a.m. local time, while a Citi presale also launches the same day. Additional presales will follow throughout the week ahead of the general on-sale, which starts Friday, April 10 at 10 a.m. local time.
Alongside the tour announcement, BABYMETAL are also preparing a major release with Metal Forth (Deluxe Edition), set to arrive on June 26, 2026 via Capitol Records. The deluxe edition will be available digitally and on vinyl, including a special zoetrope design that brings ten visual elements from the record to life in motion. It will also feature three live performances from the album cycle, plus two remixes of the standout track “From Me To U (Feat. Poppy)”, reimagined by Major Lazer and Jordan Fish.
Metal Forth, meaning “beyond metal,” originally debuted last year at No. 9 on the Billboard 200, marking BABYMETAL’s first-ever entry into the U.S. Top 10. It also made history as the first time an all-Japanese fronted group has appeared on the chart’s upper tier. The record has since surpassed 200 million global streams and moved 36,000 equivalent album units in its opening week.
The 2026 North American tour will take BABYMETAL across a wide range of cities and major amphitheaters, kicking off on August 30 in San Diego, California at Petco Park* and continuing through the summer and fall.
Highlights on the routing include stops in Denver, Chicago, Toronto, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Texas, before wrapping up with a final stretch on the West Coast. The tour also includes major festival appearances at Louder Than Life in Louisville on September 19** and Aftershock Festival in Sacramento on October 3**.
