BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi received the Gibson Les Paul Award at the 2015 Q Awards on October 19 in London. Video of Iommi receiving the reward can be seen below.
He said in a statement: “I’m very honored to receive the Les Paul Award. So many thanks to Q magazine and Gibson. I have a long history with the guitar maker.”
BLACK SABBATH have recently announced plans to embark on their final tour, which will start on January 20 in Omaha and will encompass about a year. See all dates here.
