Even the greatest have their regrets. Sometimes we forget that our idols are flesh and blood as well. So, the man that wrote “Paranoid,” “War Pigs,” “Heaven and Hell,” among others regrets he didn’t write a Led Zeppelin’s song. In a conversation via social media, a fan asked Black Sabbath’s Tony Iommi to a song he would like to have written. Take a look on his direct answer.

As reported before, during a conversation with Classic Rock Magazine, Tony talked about Black Sabbath’s unexpected jam session with members of Led Zeppelin while recording 1973’s “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath,” saying:
“We were really good mates with Led Zeppelin, especially Robert Plant and John Bonham who came from the Midlands. Zeppelin had wanted us to be on their label, Swan Song, but we couldn’t make it work out.
“During the recording of the ‘Sabbath Bloody Sabbath’ album, Zeppelin came into the studio for a jam. John wanted to play ‘Supernaut‘ [from 1972’s ‘Vol 4’] but we jammed instead.
“We were in the middle of recording so it f*cked up the session. I know that it was recorded, and I’d love to hear it. The tape must be around somewhere.”
