Grind veterans BRUJERIA have called off all their previously scheduled shows citing a “severe medical emergency.”
Band said in a statement: “We regret to announce that due to a severe medical emergency, BRUJERIA are forced to cancel all upcoming tour dates until further notice. We apologize to all of our fans and will update you on the situation soon. Thank you.”
BRUJERIA guitarist Anton Reisenegger posted the band’s announcement on his social media and added: “Thanks to all those who have expressed their concern. I’m fine, it’s not me, I just can’t really say much more right now.”
In July, longtime BRUJERIA vocalist and sampler Ciriaco “Pinche Peach” Quezada passed away at the age of 57.
BRUJERIA‘s latest studio album, Esto Es Brujeria was released in September 2023 through Nuclear Blast Records.
