VAN HALEN singer David Lee Roth and the highly anticipated reunion of Stephen Pearcy and Warren DeMartini performing RATT classics will headline the 2025 M3 Rock Festival, scheduled for May 2-4, 2025, at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.
