NUCLEAR BLAST is proud to announce that the new album “Under Attack” of legendary thrash metal band DESTRUCTION entered the official German charts on #68.
Mastermind Schmier states:
“This is surreal and amazing at the same time cause German billboards are very conservative! Our last chart entry was in 2010, so it feels as special as the first time! Cheers to all supporters for kicking the ass of the mainstream!”
The band kicked off their recording sessions for the new album after the summer festivals last year and recorded segments in various studios between September 2015 and January 2016. The poignant cover artwork was created by acclaimed artist Gyula from Hungary, who has also created artwork for ANNIHLATOR, GRAVE DIGGER, STRATOVARIUS, TANKARD and many more.
