Brooklyn stoner metal band GRASS will finally give their debut album “Fresh Grass” an international release on CD, after previously only being available digitally. The album will be released on February 22nd 2019.
GRASS are a four piece rock band based out of Brooklyn, NY. The band blends a variety of different influences to create groovy and melodic heavy rock with elements of the seventies, Sabbath worship, and doom metal.
As for the future, GRASS arecurrently working on new material for a full-length LP, and is looking to branch out from the New York City area. Their live shows are energetic and fun, and the band plays each and every show with the same level of commitment and dedication, whether it is a rock and roll nightclub, or a coffee shop converted into a DIY venue that runs out of beer halfway through the gig. GRASS have showed up to play coffee shop gigs with a collective 300 watt amplifier output. Their commitment to heavy music is real and infectious.
