Happy National Beer Day America!

Today, April 7, is (The unofficial) Official National Beer Day in The United States, though it is not widely known or celebrated. It marks 82 years since the Cullen-Harrison Act legalized the sale, production, and consumption of beer. It went into effect on April 7, 1933.

The Beer Institute (Yes it’s real.) has stated that almost two million Americans earn their living from the production and distribution of beer. This includes farmers, brewers, wholesale distributors, and retail sales persons.

While I suggest you crack open a cold one to celebrate, where ever you may be in the world, I also urge you to always drink responsibly and never drink and drive! CHEERS!
