Thrash metal legends MEGADETH have revealed six new headlining tour dates for their 2026 farewell run, giving fans additional opportunities to catch the band led by Dave Mustaine before they retire from touring. These new dates are part of a growing list of shows scheduled across Europe and beyond, coinciding with the release of their final studio album, Megadeth, arriving January 23, 2026 via Mustaine’s Tradecraft imprint under Frontiers Label Group’s BLKIIBLK label.
The newly announced headlining dates are:
- June 7, 2026 – Gelsenkirchen, Germany – Amphitheater
- June 11, 2026 – Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg – Rockhal
- June 15, 2026 – Zurich, Switzerland – Halle 622
- June 16, 2026 – Vienna, Austria – Gasometer
- June 23, 2026 – Istanbul, Türkiye – KüçükÇiftlik Park
- June 28, 2026 – Almaty, Kazakhstan – Spartak Stadium
Pre-sale for these shows begins December 3 at 10am GMT / 11am CET, with general on-sale starting December 5 at 10am GMT / 11am CET.

Despite signaling the start of their farewell era, Mustaine told Kerrang! that the touring cycle could continue for “another three to five years,” reflecting on a long goodbye. “If we’re going to be doing it for that long then, s**t, I’ll be looking at the birthday I don’t even want to think about,” he added.
