MEGADETH has cancelled performance at Hell and Heaven Metal Fest 2020 over coronavirus concerns.
Band said in a statement: “We all are facing trying times with the global spread of the coronavirus. Decisions like this are not easy, but the safety and well-being of our fans will always be our top priority.
“We will have to cancel our performance at Hell and Heaven Metal Fest 2020. We will be back to Mexico in the near future. Stay safe!”
MEGADETH will start recording its 16th studio album prior to the tour with LAMB OF GOD.
The band revealed the plans after finishing European tour with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH.
MEGADETH wrote: “We wanted to thank the bands we played with, our amazing hardworking crew who help us put on the best show possible night after night, the venues, security, & our die hard fans who traveled far and wide to see us play.
