MOTÖRHEAD was forced to cut their concert in Austin, Texas short last night due to continued health issues experienced by the frontman Lemmy Kilmister. MOTÖRHEAD played only three songs – “Damage Case”, “Stay Clean” and “Metropolis,“ after Lemmy announced “I can’t do it.”
Motorhead just began their North American tour on Aug. 19 in support of their new album Bad Magic, and they already stopped one show in Salt Lake City, Utah and they also were forced to cancel their Denver Riot Fest show, citing that Lemmy was having trouble breathing because of the high altitude.
MOTÖRHEAD‘s latest album, “Bad Magic”, was released on August 28. Produced at NRG Studios with long-time producer Cameron Webb, “Bad Magic” came together after a couple of years which saw MOTÖRHEAD enjoy their most successful international era in over two decades off the back of their last release “Aftershock”.
