Notre Dame Organ Reportedly Not Damaged By Fire

The Notre Dame organ was reported as not damaged by the catastrophy that reached the most famous church in Paris.

According to a report from The Guardian, Notre Dame’s organ, which is one of the largest of its kind in the world and has about 8,000 pipes, remains intact. The instrument dates to 1730 and is located below West Rose Window. Emmanuel Gregoire, Paris deputy mayor, reveals that the program to preserve all of the cathedral’s treasures is on the way.
