The long-awaited OASIS reunion is finally here! Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, after a well-documented 15-year estrangement, have announced they’ve put their differences aside for a stadium tour across the UK next summer.
Fans can expect a whirlwind of Britpop anthems at 14 shows, including multiple nights at London’s Wembley Stadium and Manchester’s Heaton Park. Tickets go on sale August 31st.
“There has been no great revelatory moment that has ignited the reunion – just the gradual realization that the time is right,” a press release stated. “Yet the timing must be a subconscious influence. This Thursday represents 30 years to the day since their electrifying debut album Definitely Maybe was released, while 2025 will see the equally essential second record (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? reach that same anniversary.”
Gallagher brothers added: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”
In addition to their European tour, the band is reportedly planning to perform in other parts of the world next year.
