OZZY OSBOURNE: My Wife SHARON ‘Is The Most Unracist Person I’ve Ever Met’

Ozzy and Sharon

Appearing on his SiriusXM show Ozzy Speaks on Monday with friend Billy Morrison, Ozzy Osbourne talked about his wife Sharon and her exit from the CBS show “The Talk” following her emotional defense of pal Piers Morgan‘s criticism of Meghan Markle.

Sharon defended former Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan after Morgan stormed off the set of his morning show, after a fellow host of the show called out Morgan for jumping on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after their controversial interview with Oprah last Sunday.

Ozzy now says: “She’s been through the mill of it and, you know, all I can tell you if my wife was slightly racist, I’ll tell you she’s possibly the most unracist person I’ve ever met. And I’m not just saying that.”

“It’s still an unpleasant issue — it’s one of them things once you’re accused of it, people tar you with that brush and it’s very hard to shake off,” he continued. “We’ll get through this.”

On March 12, Sharon posted a public apology tweeting that she felt “panicked” that people might think she was racist, so she “got defensive and allowed my fear and horror of being accused of being racist take over. There are very few things that hurt my heart more than racism so to feel associated with that spun me fast! I am not perfect, I am still learning like the rest of us and will continue to learn, listen and do better.”
