German dark rock/metal outfit LORD OF THE LOST has wrapped up their long-awaited North American Tour 2026. We attended their Hollywood, CA stop to capture highlights from an unforgettable evening.
Formed in 2007 by Chris “The Lord” Harms, LORD OF THE LOST is known for seamlessly blending gothic, industrial, glam, and symphonic elements with theatrical flair. With hits such as “Blood & Glitter” and international recognition following their Eurovision 2023 appearance, the band has earned acclaim for their genre-defying sound and emotional depth.
Joining them on the tour were labelmates and horror-rock icon WEDNESDAY 13, who released his tenth studio album Mid-Death Crisis earlier this year, and gothic legends THE BIRTHDAY MASSACRE. The combination made for a must-see lineup for fans of dark rock and metal. The Dark Winter Tour launched on January 19, 2026, in Baltimore, MD, and visited major cities including New York, NY; Toronto, ON; Chicago, IL; and Los Angeles, CA, concluding triumphantly on February 8, 2026, in Berkeley, CA.
LORD OF THE LOST continue to push creative boundaries with their latest collaboration, “I’m A Diamond.” The single, which precedes their upcoming album OPVS NOIR Vol. 3 (out April 10, 2026 via Napalm Records), features German medieval metal stalwarts Saltatio Mortis and their singer Alea.
The track delivers a catchy, empowering message about self-worth, encouraging listeners to live authentically. While OPVS NOIR Vol. 3 is the most experimental installment of the trilogy, the Hamburg-based band remains true to their ethos: “Don’t change yourself to fit the system.”
