According to TMZ, Scott Weiland‘s ex wife Mary Forsberg tried to take one of his guitars recording studio in Burbank, California with the 15-year-old son she had with Scott because Noah wanted one of his dad’s guitars, but an employee of the recording studio refused to give them access.
An argument ensued and cops were called to calm everyone down.
Mary was told it was a civil issue and that she would need her lawyer to work out any division of property.
Weiland was found dead on his tour bus at the age of 48 from a toxic mix of drugs and alcohol. The vocalist was also dealing with self-medication, estrangement from his children, financial difficulties and a steadily increasing drinking problem.
