RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE’s ZACK DE LA ROCHA Injures Leg At Chicago Show, Finishes Set Sitting Down

Zack De La Rocha Injures Leg

RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE frontman Zack de la Rocha injured his leg while performing song “Bullet to the Head” last night at the United Center in Chicago, IL.

Zack was ultimately forced to finish out the majority of the set while sat atop a monitor.

He was initially helped off stage by the crew members, before returning to finish the show seated. Footage shared by CHEVELLE vocalist/guitarist Pete Loeffler, who was in attendance in the crowd, saw de la Rocha address the audience on his condition briefly, before going on to gut out the rest of the performance.

“I don’t know what happened to my leg right now, straight up, but you know what? We’re gonna keep this f*cking sh*t going,” he told the crowd. “If I have to crawl across this stage, we’re gonna play for ya’ll tonight. We came too f*cking far.”

RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE‘s comeback tour will continue through mid-August. The massive trek features support from RUN THE JEWELS. Rest of the dates and tickets are available here.
