One of the biggest metal festivals in Europe, Hellfest Open Air, is once again under attack from local protestors.
This is what the leading man in charge, Thierry Barnole, had to say: “This festival has several groups promoting anti-Christianity and Satanism and they do not hesitate to insult and say blasphemy, with overthrown crosses and real Satanic rites.”
Back in 2016, French government gave an ultimatum to Hellfest. Either pull DOWN from the bill, or they will pull fest from the bill for € 20,000, since they won’t promote anything with “incitement to racial or religious hatred.”
