Legendary Canadian rock band RUSH keeps the momentum going: their long-awaited reunion tour, “Fifty Something,” has just expanded to 40 North American dates, giving fans even more chances to experience the iconic duo live.
The tour, featuring surviving members Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, marks their first performances since the band’s emotional farewell with late drummer Neil Peart in 2015. The trek also serves as a heartfelt tribute to Peart, who passed away in 2020 following a private battle with cancer.
Opening night remains June 7 at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum—the same venue where RUSH played their final show with Peart—underscoring the tour’s significance as both a reunion and a remembrance. Joining Lee and Lifeson on drums is rising star Anika Nilles, acclaimed for her work with Jeff Beck and her solo projects. “We know fans will give her every chance to live up to that near impossible role,” Lee shared in a recent statement.
Each concert will follow an “Evening With…” format, featuring two full sets from a curated catalog of 35 songs. Attendees can expect a balanced mix of greatest hits, deep cuts, and fan favorites, delivered with the precision and passion that have defined RUSH for decades.
