Sammy Hagar has confirmed revised plans for the UK leg of his “Best of All Worlds” tour, shifting the shows away from large arenas and into a series of more intimate venues.
The original itinerary had Hagar and his band—guitarist Joe Satriani, former VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony, and drummer Kenny Aronoff—set to play some of the UK’s biggest indoor spaces, including Manchester’s 23,000-capacity AO Arena on July 4, Birmingham’s BP Pulse Live on July 5, the First Direct Arena in Leeds on July 7, and London’s O2 Arena on July 9.
That schedule has now been significantly reworked. The updated run will instead see the group perform at Wolverhampton’s Civic Hall on July 6, followed by Manchester’s O2 Apollo on July 7. The UK leg will then conclude with three nights in London at the soon-to-open 3,800-capacity British Airways ARC on July 9, 11, and 12.
Promoters AEG explained the change in a statement, linking the decision to the production approach tested during Hagar’s recent Las Vegas residency. “Inspired by the breakthrough success of his recent Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live, where advanced sound and immersive technology redefined the live experience, the July 2026 dates have been reconfigured to prioritise similar venues across the UK.”
Hagar also addressed the shift, highlighting the experience he had in Las Vegas and his desire to recreate that atmosphere for UK fans. He said: “After waiting 30 years to come back, we really wanted to get this right. Several factors pushed us toward revising this tour but after wrapping our Las Vegas residency last month at Dolby Live where the sound, the technology, and the more intimate size really lets us connect with the audiences, it was clear that we wanted to deliver an experience like that for our fans in England.
“When I heard our promoter was opening a similar tech-forward venue in London that really sealed the deal for me,” he continued. “Three nights, a fresh set every night, and I get to stay in London, one of my favourite cities in the world, for a week. That’s the Best of All Worlds!”
As part of the changes, JOAN JETT AND THE BLACKHEARTS—who were originally slated to support Hagar on the UK arena dates—will now proceed with their own separate headline tour.
Fans who already purchased tickets for the original arena shows will be contacted directly, with priority presale access offered for the new dates, along with a 10% merchandise discount for show nights.
