Up to this point, the true Norwegian black avant-gardists ENSLAVED have only revealed dates for their European headline tour, starting in Germany on November 10th.
It is time to announce two very special Norwegian release shows in support of their new album!
Witness ENSLAVED live, performing songs from their upcoming studio release on the following dates:
AISA & Time Out Agency presents:
12.10 N Oslo – Blå
13.10 N Bergen – Garage
Both shows have their own uniquely designed posters, the price of which is included in the entry fee.
Tor Ola Svennevig from Ihuda Tattoo designed the Oslo poster, while Jannicke Wiese-Hansen from Nidhogg Tattoo designed the poster for Bergen.
In both cities you can meet the band at the merch stand, and for those attending the Oslo show you will have the chance to purchase the record the day before it officially comes out.
These shows will be unique and intimate release shows; up close and personal!
Ivar says: “The making of this new album has been the most intense experience ever, from writing till completion. Now that it is finished, it just dawned on me that we will play these songs live in the near future. I cannot wait! This new record is such a big step for us a band and we are immensely proud of it! Playing it live will be like detonating 1400 firecrackers inside a wormhole! -Not really sure what that entails, but it sounds awesome, and so does the album.”
ENSLAVED finished the recording process of their 14th full-length masterpiece and in the renowned Fascination Street Studios, Jens Bogren polished this new raw diamond with his mixing and mastering skills. Just like for their predecessor “In Times”, which stormed the soundcheck rankings of the biggest European magazines, the metal veterans from Bergen still never look back and keep expanding their horizons. And this spring they created a spectacular sound chimera of experimental prog filled with majestic melodies, epic sound landscapes and harsh black metal moments – all united in a massive storm that will reach the coast this autumn. More details will be unveiled soon!
