Audiam has announced agreements with METALLICA and RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS to exclusively represent the bands’ entire publishing catalogs in North America on YouTube, Spotify, Beats, Google Play, Rhapsody, Deezer, Amazon Prime, iTunes Match and other digital music services.

Having recently expanded its operations to work on behalf of music publishers, Audiam gets publishers paid for the digital use of their compositions on interactive streaming services, scan and match locker services, ringtone/ring back tone services, download mechanicals outside of the U.S. and other digital uses.

Through its technology and copyright knowledge, Audiam recovers past unpaid royalties as well as new revenue generated from the use of the composition.

Anyone that controls the rights to a master, composition or both can use the Audiam service by going to Audiam.com. There is no upfront cost. Audiam‘s clients are artists, music publishers and labels: anyone who controls the master, the composition, or both. Publishing clients interested in the service can email [email protected].

Audiam was founded and is led by TuneCore founders Jeff Price and former TuneCore CTO David Willen.
