METALLICA has announced that they will be playing on the opening of the brand new U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN.
On Saturday, August 20, 2016 METALLICA will be hitting the stage for the first ever rock show at the stadium as part of the opening weekend festivities featuring Luke Bryan the Friday before together with AVENGED SEVENFOLD and VOLBEAT for a proper kick-off to the new football season in a new home for the Vikings.
