Back in 1982 I was only 7 years old, but I remember all of the banter of my grandmother and my great aunts and uncles because Ozzy “pissed on The Alamo”. He didn’t actually piss on it, but did turn on the hose near a monument dedicated to the soldiers and civilians who lost their lives there during the 1836 Texas Revolution.
Today Himself, son Jack, and a team of folks from The History Channel took a tour of the site. Since I have not seen where he was arrested again, I can only assume that Jack showed him where the restrooms were…
Ozzy was arrested and charged with public intoxication and urination 33 years ago in Feb. of 1982. Ten years after his arrest in San Antonio Texas, and after the ten year ban had expired, he was pardoned of said crimes after donating $10,000 to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, the group that maintains and manages the Alamo. That’s quite an expensive piss… Then he made a statement which can be seen below.
