Thrash metal legends SLAYER stormed Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania, last night (Saturday, September 20), delivering a blistering performance for their only East Coast U.S. stop of 2025. The 30,000-strong crowd witnessed the band’s signature intensity, from razor-sharp riffs to thunderous drums, in a night that celebrated decades of metal domination.
Hosted by WWE superstar Damian Priest, a lifelong SLAYER fan whose finishing move uses the band’s “South of Heaven,” the show was a high-energy spectacle. SLAYER’s guitarist Kerry King also contributed to Priest’s theme song, “Rise For The Night,” further highlighting the connection between metal and wrestling.

SLAYER’s quartet—Tom Araya (bass/vocals), Kerry King (guitar), Gary Holt (guitar), and Paul Bostaph (drums)—proved once again why they remain one of the most influential forces in thrash metal.
