The Iowa masked metallers SLIPKNOT have announced the inaugural Italian edition of Knotfest. That performance will take place on June 25, 2023 at Bologna Arena Parco Nord and joining them will be ARCHITECTS, AMON AMARTH, I PREVAIL, LORNA SHORE, NOTHING MORE and DESTRAGE.
General on-sale for Knotfest Italy begins at 10 a.m. CET on Wednesday, December 7. Tickets, information and VIP upgrades are available will be available via Knotfest.com/Italy.
The Knotfest brand has risen to global acclaim, with events held in the U.S., Japan, Mexico and Colombia, as well as 2019’s debut collaboration with French destination festival Hellfest.
SLIPKNOT‘s latest studio album, The End, So Far, was released on September 30. This is the band’s final album to be released through Roadrunner, whom the band signed with in 1998.
The End, So Far follows SLIPKNOT’s widely celebrated 2019 album We Are Not Your Kind, which marked SLIPKNOT’s third consecutive #1 on the Billboard 200. The release made a massive global impact with #1 debuts in the Official Album Charts of twelve countries around the world, including the UK, Australia, Canada and Mexico, with Top 5 debuts in an additional twelve countries including Germany, France and Sweden.
