STANLEY SIMMONS, the collaborative project formed by Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons — sons of KISS legends Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons — have unveiled the official music video for their latest single, “Dancing While The World Is Ending.” The Mitchell Richmond-directed clip is available to watch below.

The project brings together two musicians who have known each other since childhood, having grown up around the global touring lifestyle of their famous fathers. Despite that long-standing connection, a musical collaboration was never initially on the table.

That changed in December 2024, when a spontaneous Instagram reel unexpectedly brought Evan and Nick together in front of microphones for the first time. Looking back on the moment, the duo described an immediate spark.

“We were shocked,” Evan and Nick recalled. “The chemistry was instant. The way our voices locked together… it was undeniable.”

What started as a casual experiment quickly turned into something much more serious. By February 2025, the pair had begun writing together, still approaching it with no expectations beyond curiosity and enjoyment. However, the results once again proved too strong to ignore, and STANLEY SIMMONS officially came to life.

As the creative process developed, the duo began shaping a sound rooted in expression, musicianship, and storytelling. Early bedroom recordings eventually made their way into the hands of acclaimed producer Rob Cavallo (GREEN DAY, FLEETWOOD MAC, PARAMORE, MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE, Dave Matthews), who not only signed on to produce their debut full-length album but also stepped into a management role.

Speaking recently on The Drew Lane Show, KISS frontman Paul Stanley also shared his thoughts on the project and the partnership between his son and Gene Simmons’ son.

Reflecting on how it all began, Paul said, “Nick and Evan have basically known each other their [whole] lives, but didn’t really get close until the last year where they said, ‘Oh, let’s try singing or writing.’ Their album, which I’ve heard, is frigging phenomenal. I mean, it’s as good as anything I’ve heard in the last three or four decades. It’s that good. So it’s terrific, and it’s organic.”
