Bay area thrash metal giants TESTAMENT have announced almost a dozen European club shows to fill the gaps between their numerous 2022 Summer Festival appearances, which will include some of the biggest and most renowned metal festivals across the continent. For the club shows they will be joined by their peers and legends in their own right, EXODUS and HEATHEN, as well as DEATH ANGEL. For over three decades, the Bay Area quintet TESTAMENT has consistently delivered unadulterated, unbridled, and unbreakable metal in its purest form without compromise or any signs of slowing down. Over the course of seminal releases ranging from The Legacy and Practice What You Preach to The Gathering and The Formation Of Damnation, which won “Best Album” at Metal Hammer’s 2008 Golden Gods Awards, the group’s sales exceeded 14 million worldwide with 2 million in the U.S. alone. 2012’s critically praised Dark Roots Of Earth assaulted the charts, moving over 20,000 first-week copies and seizing #12 on the Billboard Top 200, the band’s highest U.S. chart bow ever. TESTAMENT carried on with the highly acclaimed Brotherhood Of The Snakes (2016) and their latest effort to date, Titans Of Creation (2020), which peaked at #3 in the German top 100 album charts.
