Melodic death metal stalwarts THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER have once again delayed their long-awaited Latin American tour, marking the second postponement this year.

Originally slated for early 2025, the tour was first pushed back in February as vocalist Brian Eschbach stepped away to prioritize his health, sharing that he needed to “take a hard look in the mirror and reevaluate [his] approach to life.” The band rescheduled those dates for December, offering fans hope for a year-end return. But as of October 27th, that plan has shifted once more.

In a statement released via social media, the Michigan-based outfit cited scheduling conflicts across multiple cities that would have required yet another round of adjustments. Rather than compromise the quality of the shows, the band opted to regroup and aim for a proper run in 2026.

The band’s full statement reads: “To our loyal Blast Fiends of Latin America. Since rescheduling our dates, conflicts arose in a handful of cities that would have required another round of changes which would affect the show we wanted to put on for you. Instead of pushing forward to make this happen before the end of the year, we, along with local promoters, decided to take the time to set these shows up right and bring you the shows you deserve. Again we are really bummed that we couldn’t make this happen at this time.

“All tickets can be refunded at point of purchase, for this, please contact your local promoter,

“Can’t wait to see you all in 2026. – THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER
