For the first time together Thomas Vikström, singer of THERION, Baol Bardot Bulsara, singer of TNT singing in spanish with Joaquín Padilla, of Legado de una Tragedia, in the newhard rock masterpiece “Y Judas traicionó al Señor” (“And Judas betrayed the Lord”), belonging to the opera rock El Secreto de los Templarios, (The Secrete of the Templars), fourth installment of Legado de una Tragedia, (Legacy of a Tragedy), the metal opera created by Joaquín Padilla, in the style of Avantasia or Ayreon.
“Y Judas traicionó al Señor” is the second single from El Secreto de los Templarios, in which we find the lead singer of THERION, Thomas Vikström, (who had already sung in English and French with his band, and in Swedish and Norwegian in different musicals in his country), singing for the very first time in Spanish, sharing the vocals of the song with Baol Bardot Bulsara, lead singer of TNT, and Joaquín Padilla. With them, Carlos Exposito (from LEO JIMENEZ, STRAVAGANZZA) on the drums, Jose Pineda (from SNAKEYES) on bass, Manuel Seoane (from BURDEL KING) on guitar, the guitar solo by Javier Nula (from OPERA MAGNA), and Javier Lúcia (LDUT) at the piano complete the song.
Legado de una Tragedia, the most important metal opera in spanish of all time, created by Joaquín Padilla (composer, arranger, orchestrator and producer of the work), has returned with this fourth album, El Secreto de los Templarios, with a new plot involved in palace intrigues, betrayals, death, mysteries, occultism, secrets, relics and curses, on the most controversial order of the Middle Ages.
