In a new report by Digitalmusicnews.com, Ticketmaster has quietly changed its refund policy after most of the events are cancelled or postponed due to coronavirus.
Previously, Ticketmaster’s refund policy stated: “Refunds are available if your event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.”
And now, Ticketmaster‘s updated policy simply says: “Refunds are available if your event is canceled.”
