DAVE GROHL’s Wife, JORDYN BLUM, ‘Doesn’t Trust’ Him Anymore After He Fathered A Child Outside Their Marriage

Jordyn Blum, the wife of FOO FIGHTERS frontman Dave Grohl, is working to rebuild her life.

Last month, Grohl, 55, disclosed that he had fathered a child outside of their 21-year marriage. Now, a source tells People that Blum, 48, is “focused on her own life and her daughters”—Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10—whom she shares with Grohl.

“It’s been rough for her. Her mind is not on her marriage though. She doesn’t trust Dave. She’s not wearing her wedding ring,” the source adds. “She’s leaning on a group of girlfriends. She feels lucky to be surrounded by love and support.”

Earlier this week, is that reported that FOO FIGHTERS are planning to go on an “indefinite hiatus” after Grohl revealed he fathered a child outside of his marriage.

The band unexpectedly canceled their scheduled performance at the Soundside Music Festival in Bridgeport, Connecticut, with only three days’ notice.

Source close to the band disclosed the reasons for the hiatus, with one source sharing the details with The Sun, saying: “It’s been a turbulent few years, with the loss of their best friend, drummer Taylor Hawkins, the death of Dave‘s mum and now the birth of his new child.

“He wants to be at home and focus on earning back the trust of his family. Being on the road isn’t the best thing for any of them at the moment. It feels like a hiatus is the best thing for them collectively.”

Grohl shared the news on social media on September 10, stating: “I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”

“We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”

Grohl, often hailed as one of the kindest figures in the music industry, shares three daughters with his wife, model and TV producer Jordyn Blum, whom he wed in 2003. His eldest daughter, Violet, is a touring member of the FOO FIGHTERS.
