LIMP BIZKIT has returned with a brand-new single carrying one of the most unexpected titles in their career — “Making Love To Morgan Wallen.” The track has officially surfaced online today and, despite its tongue-in-cheek name referencing the country superstar, the release comes in collaboration with the upcoming Battlefield 6 video game.

This marks the nü-metal icons’ first official new music since 2021 and arrives through EA Games/Hollywood Records. Given frontman Fred Durst’s long-known enthusiasm for gaming, the partnership isn’t entirely out of left field, but it does cement the band’s ties to one of the year’s most anticipated releases.

Hints of the project surfaced earlier this month when drummer Kristina Rybalchenko briefly previewed the track on her social media, sparking rumors across fan communities. Speculation only grew after sharp-eyed viewers caught a high-energy remix of the group’s 1999 anthem “Break Stuff” featured in an early trailer for Battlefield 6.

Now fully unveiled, “Making Love To Morgan Wallen” blends LIMP BIZKIT’s trademark mix of rap-rock swagger, heavy grooves, and tongue-in-cheek attitude — a perfect fit for the chaotic, adrenaline-fueled world of Battlefield. The single arrives just weeks ahead of the game’s official release on October 10.
