QUEENSRŸCHE’s TODD LA TORRE Says ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME Is A ‘Joke Of An Organization’

Todd La Torre

QUEENSRŸCHE frontman Todd La Torre has slammed the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame as a “joke of an organization.”

Even though artists are eligible for the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame 25 years after the release of their first album or single, iconic hard rock and metal groups like MAIDENJUDAS PRIEST and MOTÖRHEAD have yet to be recognized by the institution, which inducted GUNS N’ ROSES in that band’s first year of eligibility.

“The Rock And Roll Of Fame [sic] doesn’t really recognize many bands,” Todd said in a tweet. “Well, that door swings both ways. More bands do not recognize this joke of an organization, and rightfully so.”
