Darren Travis, vocalist and guitarist of Californian thrash metal band SADUS, has announced the departure of co-founding drummer Jon Allen from the group.
A statement from Travis reads as follows: “Upon recent allegations of misconduct.. SADUS will be parting ways with Jon Allen.. I do not condone any type of malicious behavior towards any person.

Allen’s dismissal comes after the emergence of disturbing footage and abuse allegations.
The exact timing of the incidents remains unclear, but they appear to have occurred shortly before SADUS embarked on their ongoing overseas tour with OBITUARY. The allegations are accompanied by disturbing footage involving Jon Allen and images of injuries reportedly sustained by the woman, who was allegedly on a dialysis machine at the time of the abuse.
Devin Riche, vocalist and bassist for the band ANUBIS, has publicly supported the woman, compiling the footage and images. The woman herself has also spoken out against Allen, sharing multiple posts on her social media detailing the situation.
