Corey Taylor, celebrated GRAMMY® Award winner, multi-platinum artist, actor, and author known for his work with SLIPKNOT and STONE SOUR, has unveiled a powerful new track, “Post Traumatic Blues.” This song is part of his forthcoming solo studio album, CMF2, which is scheduled for release on 15th September under the Decibel Cooper/BMG label.
Taylor comments: “‘Post Traumatic Blues’ is my attempt to describe for people what it’s like to deal with PTSD. Sometimes it’s so hard for people to understand the ups and downs, the severity of the cold and numbness, that I wanted to try and build a bridge lyrically between the ones living with the disease and the ones who are trying to help them.
Taylor has also made public his plans to perform a string of solo concerts in November.
