During an interview with Wyatt from Planet Rock backstage at Download Festival, Lzzy Hale and Joe Hottinger of HALESTORM shared that one of Lzzy‘s career goals is to have an IRON MAIDEN-inspired plane named “Hale Force One,” similar to the iconic heavy metal band’s “Ed Force One.”

Joe and Izzy said during their conversation that performing at Wembley Arena in December holds great significance for the career of HALESTORM.

When asked if they have any other ambitions, Joe responded: “We haven’t played in space yet!”

Lzzy added: “First rock band on the moon, let’s go! You never run out of dreams you’ve just got to keep stacking them high. I still want to have Hale Force One, the plane thing. A plane tour.”

Elsewhere in the conversation, Lzzy mentioned that HALESTORM‘s evolution as a band has been influenced by Download Festival over the past 13 years.

She said: “I know we’ve grown up on this festival – we’ve been coming here since 2010 – and we definitely cite this festival with helping so much with our growth here in the UK. I feel like it kind of raised us. Raised by Download!”
