Machine Gun Kelly Razor Blade Guitar

Machine Gun Kelly, the rapper-turned-rockstar, has recently unveiled his new signature guitar model with Schecter Guitars, and it has sparked a lot of controversy online.

The guitar, named the “Razor Blade,” is shaped like a rectangular metal blade, and features a single humbucker pickup, a volume knob, and a kill switch.

Many people have criticized the design, accusing Kelly of glorifying self-harm and being insensitive to those who struggle with mental health issues.

Kelly has defended his art, saying that it has nothing to do with self-harm, and that he has created a conversation with his unconventional guitar. He also clapped back at some of his detractors, such as STATIC DRESSOlli Appleyard, who expressed his dislike of the guitar on X.

Kelly claimed that Appleyard was a “jealous musician who never made it”, and that he was “shallow minded” and “an idiot”. Kelly also posted a message on X, saying that he was “sad at how people perceive me in general” and that he would never explain his art.

He wrote in a post on X: “I’ll never explain my art, because true art is conversational and always up for interpretation, but I will say, most of you constantly interpret it wrong. and then blame me for your version of what you think my art is. Ultimately I’m sad at how people perceive me in general. Peace.”
