Ozzy Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne has confirmed that Ozzy Osbourne is set to participate in the 2023 installment of the Power Trip festival.

A few days ago, rumors surfaced suggesting that Ozzy is set to join the ranks of GUNS N’ ROSES, AC/DC, METALLICA, IRON MAIDEN, and TOOL as one of the headliners at the three-day Goldenvoice-organized event. This event is scheduled from Friday, October 6 to Sunday, October 8 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

Although the 74-year-old Osbourne had to cancel some of his earlier planned tours due to health complications, the iconic BLACK SABBATH singer expressed his intention to come back if his health situation gets better.

During yesterday’s appearance on “Piers Morgan Uncensored” on TalkTV, Sharon said about Ozzy‘s health: “He’s good. He’s doing so much better. I think I told you about it the other night, but now it’s been announced; we can talk about it. He’s doing a show October 6th in America. It’s at the Coachella site. It’s gonna be a great show: GUNS N’ ROSESMETALLICAAC/DCOzzy…”

When Piers commented that Ozzy ‘is still rocking,” Sharon responded: “He never stopped. He’s back.”

This three-day festival, produced by Goldenvoice, is scheduled to occur from Friday, October 6th to Sunday, October 8th at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. GUNS N’ ROSES and IRON MAIDEN will take the stage on Friday, AC/DC and Ozzy Osbourne on Saturday, and METALLICA and TOOL will close out the event on Sunday.

The full festival lineup and further details are expected to be officially revealed later today.
