Surviving NIRVANA members Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic, and Pat Smear were featured on a full length show bill together in Seattle for the first time in over 24 years on Saturday night at Safeco Field for FOO FIGHTERS’ show featuring Krist Novoselic’s band GIANTS IN THE TREES opening. NIRVANA’s surviving members reunited with help from FOO FIGHTERS members to perform “Molly’s Lips.” Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be seen below.
NIRVANA later posted a photo on their Twitter of reunited members holding a photo of Kurt Cobain backstage.
