SLIPKNOT DJ Sid Wilson has announced a new solo rap album as SID: ∫∑x©∆p∆D∑∫ øƒ †h3 høP∑£3∫∫ ®øbø†¡¢ (Sexcapades of the Hopeless Robotic), which arrives August 17th via the musician’s own sidthe3rd Productions label. He’s also unveiled “†He(c)U(R)e” (“The Cure”): a new track off the LP that finds Wilson bragging about his sexual conquests over an eerie, minimal beat featuring samples of – what else – moaning women.
SID promises more music will be released before the full album drops next month. Wilson is even planning some rare live shows to support the record, so look out for those.
